Who we are
Built on over a decade of condominium industry experience
MB Tech & Security is led by Muamer Bektic, who has spent over 12 years working in security and technology within the condominium industry, including roles with Condo Control and Elite Residential Concierge. He knows how buildings run day to day, from the concierge desk to the management office, and what residents, staff, and boards need from their systems.
MB Tech & Security was started to offer better service than the rushed, overpriced work many buildings and businesses have come to expect. We take our time and do the job right, every time.
Quotes are clear and hassle-free, and every job is backed by a professional back end: proper invoicing, documented work, and transparent pricing from first call to final invoice.
How we work
Three standards on every site
One point of contact
You deal directly with the owner from the first call through ongoing support, with no handoffs to unfamiliar crews.
Tidy installs
Cabling is cleanly routed, equipment racks are kept orderly, and the site is left as we found it or better.
Local response
We are based in Toronto and serve the GTA, so site visits and follow-up work are scheduled without long travel delays.
